I don’t know if you saw this on my Twitter, etc, but: I can run again!
Friday I did nine hilly trail miles on Mt. Tam for a work-sorta-thing. And, my foot held up, even thought I didn’t think it was going to. So, today, I did a hard-ish workout to get back on track. Maybe I’ll actually be ok for CIM and everything will be great and there will never be problems again.
